General Information

Shop and Sift (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a luxury resale and sourcing service offering authenticated pre-owned designer goods. By purchasing from our site, you acknowledge that you are buying secondhand, vintage, or pre-loved items unless otherwise stated.

Authenticity

We guarantee that all items sold through Shop and Sift are carefully inspected and authenticated to the best of our professional ability.

  • We work only with trusted suppliers, industry-standard authenticators, and established resale partners.

  • Any disputes regarding authenticity must be brought to us with supporting documentation (including but not limited to photographs, videos, serial numbers, condition) from a reputable, independent, accredited third-party authenticator, and original proof of purchase from Shop and Sift.  Furthermore, proof must be provided that the item in question matches the exact item originally purchased.

  • We reserve the right to dispute the claim based on criteria deemed non-definitive by our own experts and expertise.

  • We do not accept returns based on subjective opinions or non-verifiable claims.

Product Condition

As luxury resale goods are pre-owned, normal wear may be present.

  • Condition details, photos, and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability, with any major flaws clearly stated.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge understanding of the item’s condition and accept that minor imperfections may not be explicitly listed.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD (but may automatically convert to your currency) and are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Payment is due at checkout. We accept major payment methods as listed on our site.

  • Pricing errors may be corrected at our discretion.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier delays or customs processing.

  • Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility is transferred to the customer.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of luxury resale and sourcing, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless:

    • An authenticity claim is verified (see Authenticity Section ).

Sourcing Services

  • When using our sourcing or concierge service:

    • A non-refundable deposit may be required, in certain circumstances.

    • Sourced items are final sale once purchased on your behalf.

    • Timelines for sourcing are estimates and not guaranteed.

Limited Releases & Drops

  • All items in limited online drops or Instagram releases are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee checkout.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on Shop and Sift—including branding, images, copy, and graphics—is owned by us and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Prohibited Activities

  • You agree not to:

    • Use the site for fraudulent or misleading activity

    • Attempt to resell items in a manner that misrepresents their origin

    • Interfere with site functionality or security

Limitiation of Liability

  • Shop and Sift is not liable for:

    • Losses resulting from misuse of products, third-party shipping errors, or failure to follow care instructions

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site signifies acceptance of any changes.

Disclaimer

  • We are not affliciated or partnered with any of the brands represented in our product offering or services.  We do not receive any data from brands shown. Brands retain their trademarks.  Only the respective brands can provide a 100% authenticity guarantee.
