Processing Time
A standard processing time of 2-5 business apply to all orders before shipping.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary based on order volume and product availability.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Please note that transit delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing are beyond our control.
Once order has shipped, we are not explicitly responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

Delivery delays caused by the carrier

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Lost Package
In the case of a lost or damaged shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier. We, again, will assist to the best of our ability with anything on our end. Ay refund or replacement is contingent on the carrier’s resolution. Failure to provide requested information (such as proof of loss or damage) may result in the inability to recover a refund.
Undeliverable or Inaccurate Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
All items, unless otherwise noted, are shipped from Canada.
Domestic Shipping (within Canada) charge is $10 CAD/~$7.50 USD, and takes approximately 3-5 business days. If rush or expedited shipping is needed, please contact us to arrange at an added cost.
Purchases of 2 or more items will qualify for free shipping.
US Shipping
All items, unless otherwise noted, are shipped from Canada.
Shipping to the US will be a flat fee of $25 USD (subject to change as per the fluid currency conversion). Customs and duties will be covered. Shipping will take approximately 2-5 business days. If rush or expedited shipping is needed, please contact us to arrange at an added cost.
Purchases of 2 or more items will qualify for free shipping.
International Shipping
All items, unless otherwise noted, are shipped from Canada.
Global shipping will be a flat fee of $50 USD (subject to change as per the fluid currency conversion). Customs and duties will be covered. Shipping will take approximately 3-7 business days. If rush or expedited shipping is needed, please contact us to arrange at an added cost.
Purchases of 3 or more items will qualify for free global shipping.
