When are items released?
 

We offer limited, curated drops on our website and occasionally release available pieces through Instagram Stories.  Follow us on Instagram @shopandsift for the most updated notifications.

Are all items authentic?

Yes. Every piece is carefully inspected and authenticated using industry-standard methods, reputable partners, and years of professional sourcing experience. We stand behind the authenticity of all items sold.

Are your pieces new or
pre-owned?

Most items are pre-owned or vintage unless otherwise stated. Product descriptions always note condition details, wear, and what comes with the item.

How does your sourcing service work?

You share your wishlist, budget, and timeline. We then search our trusted global network to find your item. A non-refundable deposit may be required, and all sourced items are final sale.

How long does sourcing take?

Timelines vary depending on rarity and market availability. Some items can be found within days; others may take weeks. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally.  Shipping options vary based on region.  We are currently covering customs and duties.  Please refer to our Shipping Policy for shipping rates and estimated delivery times. 

Do you buy or consign items?

At this time, Shop and Sift does not offer public consignment or buying services.  However, if there is something of interest or rarity, feel free to contact us to inquire.
